If you have an issue with your order, I am happy to help. But please know your perfume or skincare is a handmade-to-order item and also a personal care product. Please do a patch test prior to using. 

I’m unable to accept returns due to hygiene reasons. Additionally, each piece is crafted specifically for each order, thus I cannot do returns. I will try to work with you on an exchange if needed. 

I offer small affordable samples to try first.
